Pool Manager\Lifeguard Leader
We provide lifeguards as an integral part of our Aquatic Facility Management services. We are seeking professional educators to mentor and manage our lifeguards. This role with our company provides an excellent opportunity to hone one’s leadership skills without the expectation of being the sole manager from Memorial Day through Labor Day; and without the expectation of being “on call”. When your shift is done for the day, you are done for the day! You will not have to solve staffing or pool-related problems before or after your shift as is the case with most pool manager positions with the public pools, country clubs and other pool management companies. Furthermore, you will determine your commitment level (20, 25, 30, 35 or 40 hours per week) as well as your specific availability. Do you have one or more hard-earn trips planned? Take the time off and enjoy! Have a regular weekly social night planned with your friends? Enjoy it. Via our online scheduling software, you will input your “time-off requests” (the term used in the software) but these are really “time-off notifications” because we will approve them and the software will then show you as unavailable for those dates and times. We will hire accordingly, to ensure that we have enough Leaders \ Managers to cover all of the hours; so that no one member of the leadership team is over-burdened with the responsibilities. This will also allow members of the leadership team to trade shifts as needed. This level of flexibility will further lessen the burden for each leader, thereby allowing you to enjoy your summer vacation!

No previous lifeguard experience is necessary. To secure a position as a Pool Manager\Lifeguard Leader, you must obtain a lifeguard certification from a nationally recognized certification organization. Links to area lifeguard certification courses can be found at the bottom of this page.
Compensation & Bonuses:
Compensation ranges from $10.00 to $12.00 per hour; and will be determined based on a combination of experience, interview, availability and degree\level of commitment.
